EconoReflex Hi-Viz Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl is a high reflective product, manufactured through glass micro balls technology. It is EN471 European safety standard compliant. Recommended for applications onto work wear and onto applications which require more than 100 lumen luminescence

Cutting Tips:

• Always carry out a Test-Cut, this will identify if you have a sharp blade and if the pressure and force is correct.
• Once you have the correct setting, make a visual note and attach it to your cutter for each type of material.
• Different HTV materials and plotter cutter brands require different blades, always have a selection to hand.

Application Instructions:

• Time: 2-3 seconds (1st application)
• TIme: 10 seconds (2nd application)
• Temp: 160°c
• Pressure: Low (3 on a Hotronix Press)
