Simply cut the name, number, or logo with an HTV cutter, weed (use a Stahls LED Weeder for maximum visibility and efficiency), and apply with a Hotronix Heat Press.

Cutting Tips:

• Always carry out a Test-Cut, this will identify if you have a sharp blade and if the pressure and force are correct.
• Once you have the correct setting, make a visual note and attach it to your cutter for each type of material.
• Different HTV materials and plotter cutter brands require different blades, always have a selection to hand.

Application Instructions:

• Time: 10 Seconds
• Temp: 150°c
• Pressure: Medium (4-6 on a Hotronix Press)
• Peel: Cold
• 2nd fuse: Fuse again for a further 5 Seconds
