Premium Plus contains superior stretch and rebound. This allows your designs to move and adapt with the garment throughout its lifetime without the concern of cracks or damage to the HTV, increasing the product quality and therefore value.

With a soft and thin finish, Premium Plus HTV will also offer a premium finish to your products, so you can be confident you are creating your products with the highest quality material available.

This vinyl can be used on Cotton, Poly/Cotton blends, Polyester, Lycra and Spandex. Premium Plus is available in 39 different colours, with many variations on each shade.

Application Instructions:

• Time: 8 Seconds
• Temp: 150°c
• Pressure: Medium (4-6 on a Hotronix Press)
• Peel: Hot/ Cold

Cutting Tips:

• Always carry out a Test-Cut, this will identify if you have a sharp blade and if the pressure and force is correct.
• Once you have the correct setting, make a visual note and attach it to your cutter for each type of material.
• Different HTV materials and plotter cutter brands require different blades, always have a selection to hand.
